Pre sales service commitment: ensure to answer professional and technical questions within 24 hours, mail out the materials required by customers, make reasonable quotations for products, and receive customers' investigation at any time.

Service commitment during sale: guarantee to strictly implement the terms of the contract, provide delivery, training and other services according to the provisions of the contract, and ensure to sign the technical agreement according to the requirements of both parties.
After sales service commitment:  if quality problems are found during the use of our products by customers, we will send personnel to the site within 24 hours after receiving the customer's notice and solve the problems in time. If installation and commissioning requirements are required, we will arrive at the project site within 24 hours after receiving the notice to guide the installation or participate in the trial operation.
